3. Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)

4. Salary Structure & Tenure
- Salary / Pay Scale: Selected Senior Residents fall under Group 'A'. They will receive a basic pay of Rs. 67,700/- (Level-11, Cell No. 01 As per 7th CPC). They are also entitled to usual allowances including Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) if applicable.
- Residency Scheme Tenure: The post of SR is a tenure post for a total duration of 03 years under the Government of India Residency Scheme. If the candidate has previously worked as a Senior Resident in any Govt. medical institution (regular or ad-hoc), that duration will be deducted from the 3 years offered. Applicants who have already completed 3 years of Senior Residency are not eligible.
