2. Vacancy Details & Remuneration
RLDA is hiring for Pan-India locations. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration.

Note: The remuneration is consolidated. Statutory deductions (Income Tax, Professional Tax) will apply. The employer's contribution towards EPF is included in the CTC.
3. Eligibility Criteria (Age & Education)
A. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Degree: B.E./B. Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. (Must be a full-time regular course approved by AICTE/UGC/Govt. of India).
- Marks: Minimum 55% marks required (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in Central Govt. / State Govt. / Central Govt. PSUs / State Govt. PSUs / Other Private Organizations in the relevant field of Construction/Development/Electrical work/MEP etc.
- Note: Experience is counted after acquiring the minimum qualification. Internships, Apprenticeships, Training, Teaching, or Freelancing will NOT be treated as qualifying experience. Desirable skill includes Building Construction works.
B. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 45 years as on the closing date (22.05.2026).
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD/Ex-Servicemen. If eligible on multiple grounds, only the highest admissible relaxation applies.
4. Selection Procedure
The selection process at RLDA involves a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's professional background and academic performance.
- Evaluation Criteria: Selection is based on the last drawn Gross Salary, relevant work experience (minimum 02 years), percentage of marks obtained in B.Tech, and an Interview.
- Weightage: Extra weightage will be given for candidates possessing an M.Tech qualification. Additional weightage will be provided for candidates who have worked directly in Indian Railways, Central PSU, State PSU, or Govt Departments for a minimum cumulative period of 01 year.
- Shortlisting: If the number of applicants is high, RLDA will shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria, and only those shortlisted will be called for the interview.
