3. Salary Structure & Benefits

Basic Pay & Emoluments Rs. 19,900/- per month + Central Dearness Allowance (DA).
Remuneration is calculated at the rate of 1/30th of the pay at the basic scale plus DA for 8 hours of work a day.

  • Annual increase of 3% on Basic Pay during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance.
