3. Eligibility Criteria (Age Limit & Education)
A. Age Limit (As on 01-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Candidates must have been born between 01-01-1986 and 01-01-2005.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/State Employees/Teachers of UP receive a 5-year relaxation. Divyangjan candidates receive a 15-year relaxation (Maximum age 55). Ex-Servicemen receive +3 years over their service period.
B. Educational Qualification Summary
Note: All educational qualifications must be completed by the last date of application submission.
- Manager / Junior Manager: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with 55% marks OR Degree with Economics/Maths/Stats (55%) + 'O' Level/CCC OR B.Tech(CS/IT)/BCA/MCA (55%) OR BBA/MBA in Finance/HR.
- Assistant / Cashier (Clerical Staff): Graduate with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university and a mandatory CCC certificate in computer operation.

5. Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process depends on the number of applications received. Under normal circumstances, a single Main Examination will be held. However, if applications are excessive, a Preliminary Examination will be conducted to shortlist candidates (15 times the vacancies) for the Main Examination.
- Phase 1: Online Examination (Objective Type - Multiple Choice).
- Phase 2: Interview (for Category 1 & 2 posts) OR Skill/Proficiency Test (for Category 3 typing/stenography posts).
- Negative Marking: 1/4th (25%) of the allotted marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
